Virginia Ann Perry, affectionately known as "Bread" and "Big Mama" was born on August 13, 1927, to Louise Williams Barry and Lynn Barry in Clarksville, TX.
She was educated in the Clarksville School System. Virginia accepted Christ at an early age and was a devout member of Zion Traveler Baptist Church (Clarksville, TX).
Ms. Virginia was known from Texas to Alabama for her baking and cooking skills. Her delicious and delectable treats were welcomed and enjoyed by the palates of many.
Those who remain to cherish her memories and to celebrate a life of love and longevity are: her daughter Carolyn (H. E., Jr.); brother Robert Wilson of Dallas, TX; sister Lois Young of Dallas, TX; grandchildren Demetra and Damion; great-grandchildren Brianna, Brooklyn, Brayden and Kayden; nieces Algenita of Dallas, TX, Shelvy (James) of Detroit, MI, Darnisha (Carl) of Desoto, TX; and Yovonda of Clarksville, TX; sister-in-law Roberta of Clarksville, TX; special cousin Janice of Dallas, TX; and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
Truly, "Bread"/ "Big Mama" will be missed by all who loved her and those she loved as well.
