Shelby MaShun Latham

Ms. Shelby MaShun Latham was born October 28, 1974, to Mr. Marshall Lee Latham and Mrs. Margie Marie Hardrick Latham. She was the light of their world.

She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at a young age at Mt. Avery Missionary Baptist Church. He faith never waivered. In her sick days she recited scripture and thanked God for the opportunity to praise Him. She was a Sickle Cell Warrior.

Shelby was educated in the St. Clair County High School and attended St. Clair County High School.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, and a nephew Chalyn Mixon.

She leaves to cherish three sons: Lorenzo "Trey" Latham, Elijah Latham and Cody Latham, all of Margaret, Alabama; four brothers: Christopher Latham (Linda), Marshall Latham, both of Margaret, Alabama, Roy Vandergrift (Donna), Odenville, Alabama, and Morris Ray Vandergrift (Joyce), Ft. Walton, Florida; three aunts: Cora Threatt and Susie Hardrick, both of Margaret, Alabama, Dorothy Scott, Chicago, Illinois; best friends: Tasha Turner, La'Quita Curtis and Phylecia Ragland; host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
