Mr. James Curtis Watts began his chapter of life on April 24, 1959. He was the second oldest child born to the late Mr. John Lee Allen Watts and Mrs. Beulah M. Watts in Dallas County, Alabama.
He was preceded in death by his father Mr. John Lee Allen Watts and one sister Ms. Viola Watts and numerous siblings.
He encountered his education in the Birmingham School Systems. He retired at an early age from Mrs. Stratton's Salads due to an injury at the company that made him unable to work. He then started doing odd jobs in the neighborhood at the Vegetable Market and the Service Station.
James was known in the neighborhood as a very generous and dependable person that you can really count on to be there when you needed him . We will truly miss his smile and his energetic personality.
On Wednesday, July 8, 2020, our Heavenly Father was in search of another Angel to be placed in His garden and the carry out His will. So, he reached out His hand and chose James to join His Heavenly Angels in Heaven.
He leaves precious memories that will always be cherished by his loving mother: Mrs. Beulah M. Watts; two brothers: Mr. Johnny Lee (Cynthia) Locketts, Mr. Peter (Saellie) Watts; five sisters: Ms. Missouri Locketts, Ms. Sallie M. Watts, Mrs. Catherine (Roosevelt) Watts-Floyd, Ms. Patricia Alice Watts and Ms. Carolyn L. (Tony) Watts; special niece: Natasha Watts; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends.
