Ivory Lewis Miller was born was born August 30, 1958 to the late Mr. James Miller, Jr. and Mrs. Lizzie Washington Miller. And unto this union 3 children were born: Evelyn Miller, Ivory Miller, and Jacqueline Miller. His sister, Evelyn Miller preceded him in death.
He was a graduate of Leeds high school in 1976. After graduation he went on to service his country in the United States Army.
He accepted Jesus Christ at a young age and joined Hills Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church under the Pastorate E.D. Bowie, service years from 1976-1979. In the latter years of his life, he was at Diversacare Health and Rehabilitation facility and he never forgot his upbringing and servance of the Lord. At every opportunity he served the lord and took part in every opportunity to do so at Diversacare. He loved to laugh and always found humor in the little things in life.
He was married to Angela Kimble. He leaves to cherish his memories three children: Marquintus Devon Rogers, Destiny Lizzie Miller, Xavier Treyvon Miller; A brother: Lawrence Lanair Cunningham; A sweet loving sister: Jacqueline Abercrombie; Four grandchildren: Heaven, TaNiya, Jevin, and Mark James (MJ); Two uncles: Joe Freeman Miller and Nathaniel (Rose) Washington; A great aunt: Sue Willa McCollough; A devoted niece: Ashlea Abercrombie; A special nephew: Jackson Bryant; A host of other relatives and friends.
