Irene Thompson

Irene Thompson was born April 22,1937, to the late Jimmie Lee and Jannie Thompson in Macon County (Shorter), AL. She later moved to Westfield to attend school. Irene gave her life to Christ at an early age and became a member of Galilee Baptist Church. Irene was preceded in death by her mother and father Jimmie and Jannie Thompson, Sister Mary Alice and Annie Lizzie both of Birmingham. 

She leaves to cherish her memories, a sister, Ms. Janie Barnes; two brothers, Mr. James Thompson and Mr. John (Pauline) Thompson. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other relatives and friends. A very Special friend Ms. Irene Edwards. We would like to give a special thanks to the team at Baptist Health Center for their great care of our loved one.
