Mrs. Hazel L. Goggins Jenkins was born December 25, 1937, to Mr. Esko Goggins and Mrs. Ethel Marbury Goggins. She departed this life on August 17, 2024. She is survived by her husband Rev. James Jenkins, Sr., other relatives and friends.
