Eugene L. Rawls was born on June 27, 1958 in Birmingham, AL to the late Mr. Eugene S. Rawls and Mrs. Elizabeth Rawls.

He accepted Christ at an early age.

Eugene was educated in the Birmingham City School System.

Eugene departed this life on Thursday, October 1st, 2020. He was preceded in death by his father Eugene S. Rawls.

He leaves to cherish his memories: (1) Son- Ingermar Cleggett “Beenie”, (2) Daughters- Ke’Undra Fitts & Cherise Rawls “Punkin” His loving and devoted mother- Mrs. Elizabeth Rawls (3) sisters- Patricia (Alexander) Chaney, Vanessa (Michael) McFadden, & Joyce Hughes (2) brothers- Tyrone (Beverly) Rawls & Anthony (Tawanna) Boyd (5) grandchildren- Ingermar Cleggett, Jr “BJ”, Erin Chatman, Jadiaya Powell, Randy Rawls, & Jeremiah Paige. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends including two special friends “Dee-Dee” & “Terry”.
