Elvie Jones, Jr.

Elvie Jones, Jr. was born to the late Mr. Elvie Jones, Sr. and Joanna Davis -Jones on August 16, 1945, in Birmingham, Alabama.

He confessed Christ at an early age. He served faithfully as a choir member of South Elyton Baptist Church. He was educated in the Birmingham School System and served in the military for many years until his transition. 

He leaves to cherish his loving memory, a special friend: Mrs. Ellen Davis Price; two sons: Harold Jones and Byron Nelson; one daughter: Cheryl Jones; three grandchildren: Adrionna Jones, Ashton Jones and India (Cornbread) Jones; four great-grandchildren; two sisters: Louise Daniels and Oteia Hughley; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
