Elder Chester L. Leeth was born October 11, 1930, in Hanceville, Alabama, to the late Mr. Johnny Leeth and Mrs. Florence Leeth.
He received Christ at an early age and was baptized with the Holy Ghost.
He worked for Cullman Products, where he retired after 30 years.
Words cannot describe the type of man that Elder Leeth was. He was dedicated to God, his loving wife, family, and friends.
He was united in Holy Matrimony to Annie Faye Wooley in 1953.
To this union was born three children, Charles K. Leeth, Mark A. Leeth, and April D. Leeth- Marshall, all who preceded him in death.
Also, he was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Johnny Leeth and Mrs. Florence Leeth; sister, Willie Mae Fields; brother and sister-in-law, L J Leeth (Lurell); father and mother-in-law, Chester and Ruby Wooley.
He and his wife founded First Pentecostal Church of God 47-years ago, where he was the Pastor and dedicated until his death.
Elder Leeth was a devoted and loving Father. He is survived by his loving wife of 66-years, Mrs. Annie Faye Leeth of Hanceville, Alabama; his grandchildren: Rodney Hall, Kenneth D. Leeth, Charles D. Leeth, Katrina Rooks (Corey), Chrystal Watson, Gregory Watson, Alicia Jones (Melvin), and Andrea Purifoy; two loving and devoted daughters-in-law: Teresa Toyer and Deborah (Michael) O’Neal; brother-in-law: Andrew Wooley (Louise).
