Charles Edward Caver

Mr. Charles Edward Caver was born May 5, 1960, to Mr. George and Mrs. Lithia Cobb Caver in Bessemer, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving foster parents Willie and Annie Dove Jenkins, his oldest sister Shirley Ann, his five brothers David, George, Larry, Michael, and Anthony.

Charles received his education from Roosevelt Elementary and Shades Valley High School. Upon graduation he joined the United States Army where he served his country for 4 years.

He accepted Christ at an early age and recently rededicated his life to Christ by water baptism and accepting JESUS CHRIST as his LORD and Savior at Believer of the Word Faith Church.

Charles leaves to cherish his loving and humorous personality, his fiance: Mary Buchannon; his children: Cynthia and Charles Caver, Jr., Deshontrice and Monderius McClellan, Rakeem Shabezz, James Adams, Brittany and Candace Lane; ten grandchildren; one brother: Kenneth (Rose) Knox; four sisters: Jerry (Homer) Caver, Sandra (Donnell) Rhodes, Ora Leak and Angela (Edward) Wilson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
