Ms. Aurelia Tell was born May 1, 1942, to the late Joe and Rosa Tell in Uniontown, Alabama.
She was preceded in death by both her parents, three brothers and five sisters.
She accepted Christ at an early age and joined Mt. Hebron Baptist Church, Acipco under the leadership of the late Rev. C. Murdock, where she served as a supervisor in the Youth Department and on the # 2 Usher Board.
She was a graduate of Parker High School and Herzing Institute where she excelled in Business Administration. She was employed as an administrative assistant and a substitute teacher because of her love for children.
She leaves to cherish her memories her loving daughter: LaShawn Tell; granddaughters: Azreal, Gabrielle, and Chanel Hayes, Dominique Waller, Jacques Dixon, and Raeshia Reese; adopted sons/nephews: Boderick and Roderick Tell; a devoted big sister: Clara T. Ware; sister-in-law: Minnie Tell; brother-in-law: Freddie Lewis; her “adopted” daughter: Suzette Dixon-Craig; two very special nephews: Victor Ware, Sr. and Desi Savage, Sr.’ her best friend of more than 45 years: Miss Mary Burnett; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
