Warren Sherod Whitted

Minister Warren Sherod Whitted was born to Woody James Marshall and Carolyn Whitted Hendricks, on March 28, 1982.

Warren confessed Jesus Christ at an early age at Greenleaf Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Matthew Nabors.

He was educated in the Bessemer City School System graduated from Jess Lanier High School in 2001.

Warren worked as a conductor for Norfolk Southern from 2010 through 2016. He was ordained into ministry January 2017.

Warren leaves to cherish his memories, a loving wife: Sandy    Whitted; five children: (The J Five), JaCorey, JaCobe, JaCailyn, JaChyla and JaCarter; mother: Carolyn Whitted (Sylvester) Hendricks; special dad: Roderick Hendricks; eleven siblings: VerShonda L. Jackson, RodQuita Hendricks, Brandon Marshall, Warren Marshall, Woody Marshall, Stephanie Castillo, Evelyn Martin, Sheresa Demings, Nikema Clark, Alethia Clark and   Donta Shabazz; one great-niece: Kylie; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Sylvester and Shelia Dawson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
