Thelma Patricia Reese

Ms. Thelma Patricia Reese, affectionately known as Tricia was born June 13, 1938, to the late Mr. Patrick and Mrs. Thelma Fairley.

Tricia was a product of the Birmingham City School System and a proud graduate of Ulman High School, the present day A.H. Parker High School.

Tricia confessed Christ at an early age and served diligently as Secretary of Usher Board No.1 at St. Paul A.M.E. Church, Smithfield. Tricia was a staple of the Smithfield and Elyton communities adopting neighbors as surrogate children and siblings. 

Tricia is preceded in death by her eldest son, Mr. Paul Vincent Reese.

Remembering her many expressions of compassion are two sons, Gerald (Candice) Reese of Summerville, SC and Patrick Jermaine (Angela) Reese of Birmingham, AL, one brother, Johnny Fairley of Birmingham, AL seven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
