Robert "Curtis" Minnifield

Mr. Robert “Curtis” Minnifield was born on August 16, 1962, to Dorothy Jean and Clarence Minnifield, Jr. He departed this earthly life and went to be with his parents the Lord on March 19, 2019.

Curtis grew up in the Kingston Community and attended the Birmingham City School Systems. He later went on to unite in marriage to Jacqueline Lowery and to this union a daughter, Natasha Minnifield, was born. With this union his legacy was created with two grandchildren Nyla and Dominique and a stepson Montez all of whom he leaves to cherish his memories.

Curtis confessed Christ at an early age and loved to cook. He worked multiple jobs as head cook at Huddle House and Redmont Hotel to name a few.

Curtis also leaves his memories to be cherished by a special cousin: Dorothy Lee (Bill), Zakiyyah, Jamal, Damion (Jezelle) and a host of other family and friends.

He is preceded in death when he left his earthly home to transition to his heavenly home by his loving and devoted mother and father, Dorothy Jean and Clarence Minnifield, Jr., grandparents, Daisy, Pauline and Carmi, a special aunt, Willie Mae and a special cousin, Mark, along with a host of other family and friends.
