The late Mr. Richard Moore, Jr. (Bug or Mo), born March 8, 1954, to the late Richard and Beatrice Moore, in Birmingham, Alabama.
He confessed Christ at an early age and joined St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Sterling Pipkins.
He attended Lincoln Elementary School and a 1972 graduate of A. H. Parker High School.
He was preceded in by his mother and father, son Richard Beasley, sister Pearlie Curry and brother Willie Moore.
He leaves to mourn his passing a loving wife: Linda Moore; daughter: Lanetra Moore; son: Richard Moore, III; one grandson: Tyree Law; father-in-law: Eddie Sanders (Joann); two sisters: Julia B Rogers (Isaiah) of Cleveland, OH and Betty J. Brandley (Lawrence) of Birmingham, AL; nine sisters-in-law: Clara (William), Edwina (Tyrone), Wanda, Cynthia, Gloria, Mary (Michael), Vickie, Delmarie, Laquita (Nathaniel) and Debra (Randy); brothers-in-law: Albert Curry, Jr., Joe Thomas, Anthony Washington and Eddie Sanders, III.; one uncle: Marshall Moore (Ruth), Ft. Wayne, IN; two aunts: Marie White of Ft. Wayne, IN and Gloria Williams of Birmingham, AL; and a good friend: Sandra Brown; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
