Rhonda Cooley Waller was born to Everlean Cooley Moore. She confessed her life to Christ at an early age. Rhonda joined Thirty-First Street Baptist Church, where she was the secretary of Sunday School and a member of the choir. She later moved her membership to First Baptist Church Kingston, under the leadership of Reverend T. N. Miller, until her health began to fail.
Rhonda was born and raised in Birmingham. She matriculated through the Birmingham School System and graduated from C. W. Hayes High School and continued at Mary Holmes College in West Point, Mississippi.
Rhonda leaves to cherish her memories, four brothers, Phillip of Gardena, California, Derrick (Kim) of Powder Springs, Georgia, Andre (LaShun) and Mario (Shernita) both of Birmingham and one sister Carlethea of Inglewood, California. A Godson, Brian Hamilton of Birmingham, special friend FaTrina Cooper Pierce and two awesome cousins that never left her side Eloise Nunn and Sarah Hunter of Birmingham. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
