The late Raphael Glen was born May 3, 1974, in Norfolk, Virginia, to Lonnie Glen, II and Venessa Rodgers. On Huly 29, 2018, he departed this life at ECM Medical Center in Florence, Alabama.
He was preceded in death by his brother Lonnie Glenn, III.
