Nethadious Goodson

Mr. Nethadious (Thad) Goodson was born on January 19, 1966 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Rev. William James Goodson and Mary Chapman Goodson. He departed his life on Monday, July 1, 2019.  He graduated from West End High School in 1984.  He went on to study in Culinary at the Culinary Art Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Thad had a passion for cooking and art.  He could take any food and add just the right loving touch to make it great.  He used his talents to feed the souls of family and friends. He also loved spending time with his family and helping when needed.  

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 15 years Rolanda M. Goodson, two children Zachary Lewis and Nekia Goodson, one sister Teresa (Larry) Weems, two brothers, Carl Goodson and Calvin (Sherita) Goodson and a host of nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Henry Goodson and Melvin Goodson and one sister Dorothy A. Clark.
