Ms. Mae Frances Parker was born on September 28, 1954, to the late Mr. Birdie Parker and Ms. Cora Lee. She accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Savior.
She was educated in the Birmingham City School System and attended John Herbert Phillips High School.
Frances was a woman who loved her family. She enjoyed fishing and cooking was a passion that she shared with those she loved.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: Willie Parker and Joe Ellis.
She leaves to cherish her memories four children: Cora Armstrong Reese (Barry), Connie Armstrong Harris (Jimmie), Renae Armstrong and Richard Armstrong; two brothers: Richard Lee and Czernick Jones (Audrey); two sisters: Catherine Parker Jones (Danny) and Nadine Jones (Donny); nineteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren: special friend: Johnny (aka Shorty); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
