Deaconess Lucille Tripp Stallworth was born August 18, 1938. She was the first child born of the late Mr. Leon Tripp and Mrs. Clarie Thurman.
Deaconess Lucille started her faithful walk with Christ as a young age. She was educated at A. H. Parker High School in Birmingham, Alabama. Her career included employment with Medical Center East.
On September 25, 2019, Lucille made her heavenly transition from earth. She was preceded in death by her parents Leon Tripp and Clarie Thurman, two siblings Susie McMoore and Christine Winters, children Johnny David Stallworth and Antonio Dale Stallworth.
She leaves to cherish her memories three children: Connie Stallworth Parker, Lisa (Antoine) Andrews and Matthew Stallworth (Miriam Harrington); stepmother: Henrietta Tripp; siblings: Mary (Herald, Jr.) Murphy, Sylvia Clofer, Maggie Cosby, Cleveland Winters, Dorothy Thurman, Luellen (Wendell) Morton, Pauline (Leonard) Foster, Rosie (Reginald) Baldwin and Earline Winters; grandchildren: Byron Parker, Tiffany (Roger) Melton, Matthew (Ashley) Stallworth, Cristina Stallworth (Terence Brown) and Amanda Andrews; great-grandson: Jalen Melton; best friend: Annie Gunn; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
