Lenora Davis

Ms. Lenora (Lola) Davis was born June 25, 1965 to the late Wilbert Hoskins, Jr. and the late Carrie Mae Davis Birchfield, of Birmingham, AL.

She accepted Christ and was a member of Mason Chapel United Methodist Church where she served until she returned to God, the Creator.  She was a member of the United Methodist Women, Usher Board and the Finance Committee.

Lenora was a graduate of Wenonah High School, Lawson State Community College and Miles College. She also attended Alabama State University. She was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She was employed at the Jefferson County Department of Revenue. 

Lenora departed this earthly life to eternal glory on Wednesday, July 18, 2018. She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother: Mrs. Irene Fitts; grandparents: Mr. Richard and Adelaide (Granny) Fitts, Mrs. Carrie Steel Davis; brother: Mr. Randall L. Davis, Sr.; stepfather: Mr. James Birchfield.   

She leaves to cherish her memories,  brothers: Mr. Andrew (Sabrina) Davis, Mr. Wilbert Hoskins, III, Mr. Randy Hoskins, sister: Ms. Monica Hoskins; sister-in-law: Mrs. Patricia Davis; niece: Miss Jayda Davis; nephew: Mr. Randall L. Davis, Jr.; uncles: Mr. Lloyd Davis and Mr. Clarence Davis; goddaughters: Miss Airene Caver, Miss India Johnson, and Miss Imani Johnson; Special friends Mr. Michael Humphrey, Mr. Brookland Morris, Ms. Stephanie Beal, Mrs. Karen Hawkins Johnson and a host of relatives and friends.
