Ms. Halance Ann Payne was born May 16, 1963, to Mr. Luard Gene Payne and Mrs. Ruth Irene Ballenger Payne.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Luard and Ruth Payne, and brother Sanford Payne.

She is survived by her sons: Adam (Holli) Guyton and Erron Guyton; granddaughter: Mallory Clarke; grandson: Cain Ethridge; sisters: Jenny Dumis, Tanya (billy) Thorn and Randa (Mike) Weldon; brothers: Ed Payne, Tony Payne and John (Ashley) Payne; a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
