Godday E. Esezobor

Chief (Coach) Godday Esezobor A.K.A Dadda was born on September 28th 1955 at UROMI Edo State. His father was Late Pa. Marcus Esezobor who was a renowned business man and the mother was Late Madam Mary Esezobor.

Dadda as popularly called attended St. Anthony’s Primary School, Uromi. After which he proceeded to Ihogbe College, Benin City. During his secondary school days, he lived with his uncle, Mr. Agboga, before he came to Lagos.

He had a Diploma in Physical and Health Education from Obafemi Awolowo University. He also had certification in Catering course.

He was baptized in the Redeemed Christian Church of God. He worked in a couple of organizations like Cocoa Industry, Guinness Nig. PLC. Sophisticate, to mention but few.

When he was alive, football was his passion. He was the founder of Makbet Queen Football Club, All Stars Football Club in Nigeria, Past Executive Member of the Women Annual All Stars, Member, Nigerian Football Coaches Association (Kosofe Society), Member, Ikorodu Football Coaches Association, Member, The Nigerian Proprietors of Female Football Teams, past president of Amalgamation of female Football in Nigeria just to mention a few. He was also Chairman, Landlord Association, Oshorun (2008-2014).

He was married to his lovely wife, Mrs. Abosede Esezobor and they are blessed with four lovely Children. He affected people lives of all ages. He knew Christ and lived a fulfilled life.

He is Survived by wife, children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters.

He was loved by all and sundry. May his soul rest in perfect peace, (Amen)
