Mr. Frank Doyle was born in Birmingham, Alabama, on December 8, 1944, to the late Jesse and Dorothy Doyle.
Mr. Doyle was a product of Birmingham City Schools. He attended Lawson State Community College and Morehouse College. He was employed for a brief time at Eastern Airlines and Southwest Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
He was baptized in the A. M. E. Zion Church at an early age. He was a former member of Old Ship A. M. E. Zion Church.
He served in the U. S. Marine Corps and was a lifetime member of the NAACP. He was a former member of The Carlton Reese Singers and various other vocal groups in the Birmingham area.
He departed this life on February 3. 2019. He was preceded in death by both parents and one brother, Fernando Rhodes Doyle.
He leaves to cherish his memory two sons: Le'Korey Doyle of Texas and Raphael Doyle of Atlanta, GA; four sisters: Doris Bargainer of Atlanta, GA, Lozona Tate of Statesville, NC, Janice Watts and Janet Nelson (Rueben) of Birmingham, AL; one brother: Jesse Doyle (Vanessa) of Crete, IL; one sister-in-law: Victisa Doyle of Birmingham, AL; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews; two special friends: Marie Young and Luenda Miller; and a host of relatives and friends.
