Earnest Nick Stewart

Mr. Earnest Nick "Stewbaby" Stewart, answered the Master's call on August 25, 2019, at the VA Medical Center. He was born April 25, 1955. He grew up in St. James Baptist Church. He attended Phillips High School and later joined the United States Army. He retired from the City of Birmingham where he was loved by many.

He was preceded in death by his mother Ruby Stewart and Aunt/Mother Ruby Stewart, father and stepmother Earnest Perry (Mackey), daughter Latyonga Smith, brothers George, Earnest Sr. and Clifton Perry, god-brother Bernard Maden, and sisters Polly Wells and Patricia Paige.

He leaves to cherish a loving wife of 28 years: Hurel "Patsy" Stewart; son: Earnest Stewart (Chalon); daughter: Temeka Moore; four grandchildren; brothers: Nathaniel Perry (Amelia), Leroy Perry (Candace) and Charles Perry (Pat); sisters Nadiyah Orian and Victoriz Williams (John); special cousins and friends; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins
