Dwight Tyrone Shelton, Jr.

Dwight Tyrone Shelton, Jr. (Big Junior) was born on July 31, 1973 and left his footprint with us on August 9, 2018.  He was born to his devoted mother, Crystal Shelton and Father, Dwight Shelton, Sr. in Birmingham, Alabama.  At an early age, he gave his life  to Christ and never lost his faith. 

He was educated within the Birmingham City School System and received his diploma at A.H. Parker High School in Birmingham, AL. Soon after his journey through school, he became a member of the Masonic Fraternity. When it came to working, Dwight was a jack of all trades but he was last employed with Max Transit of Jefferson County. 

Dwight is survived by his mother, Crystal Shelton, spouse, Ashaki DuBose-Shelton, four sisters, Tamica Stone (David), Iyanna Shelton, Delightful Shelton and Aungenetta Shelton, five children, Dionna Shelton of Kansas, Tadejah Shelton, Daequon Shelton (Taneka Clay), Jaylon Voltz-Gregory (Lisa) and Deya Shelton (Rukkaya) all of Birmingham, Alabama and a host of family and friends.
