Alvin DeLeanard Hutchinson, Sr.

Mr. Alvin  DeLeanard Hutchinson, Sr. was born November 26, 1936, in Birmingham, Alabama, to the late Alpha Omega Hutchinson and Lillie Mitchell Hutchinson.

Alvin attended Hudson Elementary in 1942-1950 and Parker High School from 1950-1954.

Alvin confessed Christ at an early age and became a member of Hays Chapel Baptist Church. In 1965, Alvin and Annie Yeldell Hutchinson united in Holy Matrimony.

Alvin was preceded in death by his parents, Alpha Omega Hutchinson, Sr. and Lillie Mitchell-Hutchinson; his brothers, Harold Hutchinson, James Edward Hutchinson, and Alpha Omega Hutchinson.

Alvin leaves to cherish his memories his children: Dedra Thomas (Gary), Sharon Clark (Robert), Alvin Hutchinson, Jr. (Trina), Sonya Hutchinson, and Tonya Roseman (Arthur); a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; four sisters: Alfreda Jackson of Thorsby, Alabama, Dorothy Byrd of Prescott Valley, Arizona, Jacqueline  Mister of Thousand Oak, California, and  Aretha Green of Birmingham, Alabama; special friend: Joselyn Parker; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
